WARRANTIES

Emlight Design: All other work carries a 90 day limited warranty unless different terms are specifically agreed upon before hand or stated specifically within this document. All parts carry manufacturer’s warranty unless refurbished by Emlight in which case the refurbished parts carry a 90 day warranty.

FINANCIAL TERMS

Invoices are payable upon completion of all work and delivery of equipment. A 1.5% per month service charge will be added to all accounts not paid within 30 days from date on invoice. Purchaser will be liable for any legal expenses incurred for collection of delinquent invoices. Payment can be in Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, money order, or cash. Orders must be placed via a signed purchase order or a signed Intent to Purchase letter. A letter of credit from a legal Banking Institution within the United States of America and/or a letter of reference showing credit references may be required for 1) first time customers, 2) customers using a purchase order for the first time with Emlight Design, 3) customers ordering over $5,000 of service or parts. Emlight Design reserves the right to withhold any and all performance on outstanding accounts which are not in full and timely compliance with the terms outlined above.
